French Drains
French drains are a subsurface drainage solution used to redirect water away from problem areas on commercial sites. They are commonly used where water pools near building foundations, in low-lying areas of commercial grounds, or where surface drainage is insufficient. A properly installed French drain collects and channels water through a perforated pipe surrounded by gravel, directing it away from the affected area.
